Crafted from Perth Hill Grenache, this dry style rosé is a delicate and expressive wine that captures the charm of the variety and the elegance of the 2024 vintage. Made in small batches with minimal intervention, it is a true reflection of site and season.
Pale salmon in colour, the wine opens with lifted aromas of rose petal, cherry, wild strawberry, and a hint of dried herbs. The palate is bright and refreshing, with vibrant notes of pine forest berries and juicy red cherries, supported by a fine line of acidity and a soft, savoury finish.
Elegant, crisp, and full of character, this rosé is perfect for relaxed alfresco moments, summer dining, or simply as a beautiful aperitif.
