Grown on the cooler slopes of the Lawnbrook Estate, the 2023 Pinot Noir is a refined and graceful expression of the variety. Crafted in a light-bodied style, it highlights purity of fruit, gentle structure, and understated complexity.
In the glass, it shows vibrant raspberry hues. The nose offers lifted aromas of ripe red cherries, raspberry, and hints of subtle spice. The palate is soft and silky, with delicate tannins framing flavours of red berries, wild herbs, and a touch of earthiness. A whisper of oak adds gentle depth without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.
