Pale straw in colour, the wine opens with
bright aromas of dried grass, gooseberries, and subtle herbal tones. On the palate, it reveals a soft yet focused texture, balanced by lively acidity. Notes of crisp green capsicum, lemon zest, and hints of fresh-cut herbs carry through to a clean, refreshing finish.
This wine is a bright and modern expression of a classic blend — perfect for warm afternoons, seafood dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own.
