Pale straw in colour, this Chardonnay shows lifted aromas of fresh nectarine and stone fruit that carry through to a bright, well-weighted palate. Partial oak maturation adds subtle complexity and texture. A wet spring followed by a dry, mild summer allowed slow ripening and excellent flavour development while preserving natural acidity. Carefully night-harvested and gently cold-pressed to protect delicate varietal characters, the wine is vibrant, balanced, and elegantly fresh.
