Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on the Lawnbrook Estate vineyard, this traditional method Blanc de Blanc is a true reflection of the Perth Hills terroir. Handpicked during the exceptional 2022 vintage, the fruit was selected for its purity, natural acidity, and delicate varietal character.
This sparkling wine showcases both the maturity of the vineyard and the elegance of cool-climate Chardonnay. Extended lees ageing has contributed layers of complexity, texture, and finesse while preserving freshness and vibrancy.
The palate is refined and beautifully balanced, displaying notes of freshly baked brioche, lemon zest, green apple, and subtle hints of roasted almond. A fine, persistent bead carries flavours across the palate, while vibrant citrus and mineral nuances provide energy and precision. The finish is long, crisp, and elegant, making this sparkling wine equally suited to celebration or quiet indulgence.
