Blanc from Margaret River, this elegant blend showcases the expressive character of both varieties. Semillon leads the profile with structure and texture, while Sauvignon Blanc brings vibrancy and aromatic lift.
Pale straw in colour, the wine opens with
bright aromas of dried grass, gooseberries, and subtle herbal tones. On the palate, it reveals a soft yet focused texture, balanced by lively acidity. Notes of crisp green capsicum, lemon zest, and hints of fresh-cut herbs carry through to a clean, refreshing finish.

Crafted exclusively from grapes grown in the Lawnbrook Estate vineyard, this classic vintage sparkling wine is a refined blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, handpicked during the 2019 harvest. The vines, originally planted in the early 1980s, lend depth and maturity to the fruit, offering a true expression of site and season.
This Pinot Noir Chardonnay sparkling spent over four years resting on lees, allowing time to build texture, complexity, and elegance. Bottled only in 2024 and 2025, it is a limited release that captures the essence of a great vintage.
On the palate, this wine displays remarkable finesse and softness, a direct result of extended lees aging. Layers of baked brioche, toasted hazelnuts, and lemon curd are supported by a vibrant mineral backbone and a fine, persistent bead. Delicate aromas of white flowers, red apple skin, and subtle stone fruits lift the nose, while the finish is long, creamy, and beautifully balanced.
